Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa is part of a family-owned business that has been established for over 80 years.
In 2018 the newly formed Executive Team has experienced a leadership development program that has professionalised their management and build a team.
In 2019 Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa has the ambition to develop the leadership skills of Sr. Managers and Heads of Department further and make those more unified and aligned, so that this group of managers can further professionalise the business.

Over a period of 6 months we worked on the following programme:
– Preparation
– Module 1: Personal Leadership – Me & Myself
– Module 2: Managing Others – Me & Others
– Module 3: Leading my team – Me & My Team
– Practical Case
This programme consisted of interactive team session, on-the-job assignments and a project to work on in sub-teams to enable the experience to successfully achieve change.
We used methods and theories such as Management Drives, Lencioni, Situational Leadership, Feedback, KPI formulating & tracking, Kaizen, Effective Meetings to grow the skillset of the participants.
