Last week I completed the Feedback Workshop – Train the Trainer programme at Suffolk Family Carers with Dionne Smith and  Helen Prior-Townsend to truly embed the Feedback training in their organisation. After delivering training sessions for both the Management Team and Staff, Dionne and Helen are going to deliver my feedback training to their trustees and future staff members! Recognizing that giving and receiving feedback are such important activities when it comes to building an open culture and aiming for continuous improvement.

Floor delivered some excellent feedback training to our management team, bringing with her professionalism and energy. She invested time to understand our organisational culture and tailor the training to ensure it met our goals.

Floor built great rapport and created a trusting, yet challenging learning environment with a balance of theory and practical.

The impact has been so positive that we are rolling it out to all our staff and decided to embed the training in our own organisation by completing a Train the Trainer programme with Floor, enabling two members of our staff to deliver the training in the future.
